POLICY:
All faucet+filter combos cost $15.95 per
order to ship to the lower 48 States. All filters and
replacement cartridges cost $9.00 per order to the lower 48
States. Orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States
Postal Service or UPS at our discretion. All items are insured
and will usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING:

$42.00.
SECOND DAY SHIPPING:
All faucet+filter combos,
filters, and replacement cartridges sent 2nd Day: add

happy with our product. But just in case there is a problem...
Here is how you may return it.
Shipment
Inspection
We are committed to Total Quality
Management (TQM). All shipments have been inspected, checked,
and packaged with extreme care to insure safe arrival to our
customers. However, sometimes packages are damaged in transit,
which is beyond our control. Please carefully inspect your
shipment as soon as it arrives, and make note of any shipping
damages or shortages immediately. Send us a report containing
this information within two (2) days of receipt. Make sure to
save the original shipping carton in case an inspection for
insurance purposes is required by the carrier or
ClearTapwater.com.
Return Authorization
Number
We must be notified
within ten (10) days of receipt of goods for return or exchange
eligibility. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Care and
Service Center at infor@cleartapwater.com to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (also referred to as an
RAN). All returned merchandise must be
received in undamaged condition, in the original cartons. All
shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We cannot
assume responsibility for return shipping charges.
Merchandise received at our facility
without an RAN clearly marked on the shipping box
will not be accepted under any circumstances, and no credit
will be issued.
Merchandise with an RAN must be received
within ten (10) days of issuance of the RAN. Any returned or
refused delivery of products are subject to any necessary rebuilding
of returned item to "as new" condition, and may result in a
restocking and rebuilding charge.
Return
Shipping
Shipping expenses are not
refundable on any returned or refused delivery.
When returning your product, please ship
it UPS prepaid shipping only. You must insure
the unit for your FULL purchase price plus shipping.
If the unit is damaged in return transit, we will notify
you and you must file a claim with UPS. We
cannot issue a credit or refund on returned goods.

Restocking Policy
You will be charged 20% of the total invoice for
any shipment that is refused, as a restocking fee.

Cleartapwater.com, Inc. must receive returns at the address below

must contact our customer service department for a Return
Authorization Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a
RAN number. The RAN number is good for only one (1) item and must
match the product authorized for return. RAN numbers are valid for
five business days. If we find the product defective in any way, we
will credit you for the return shipping cost and send you a new
piece of software.
Cleartapwater.com, Inc. must receive returns at
the address below within 14 days of the customer receipt date.
Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Please allow a minimum
of 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may
occur with individual banks. Refunds shall be subject to
verification by Cleartapwater.com, Inc. that the product is
defective and that the item is no longer in stock. If the product is
in stock, we reserve the right to exchange the defective item.
When Cleartapwater.com, Inc. receives the
returned defective product, you will be refunded in full for the
defective product plus the original shipping cost. In order to
receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping
pre-paid. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original
packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No
partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be
included and the RAN number must be visible on the package. Any
discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your
refund. If the product is not returned to us with all of the
original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will
be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that
the product is in working condition, it will be sent back to
you.
Before returning any defective item, you must
contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization
Number (RAN). No returns will be accepted without a RAN number. The
RAN number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product
authorized for return. RAN numbers are valid for five business days.
Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and
cannot be guaranteed.
All returns must be sent via USPS, UPS, Federal
Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been
sent to our distribution center. Orders are sent to the distribution
center at 1 p.m., Central Time. Therefore, should you decide to
cancel an order for any reason, please notify
support@Cleartapwater.com, Inc. no later than 1 p.m. central time,
the day after you place your order. Should you wish to cancel your
order after the specified time, you must adhere to the “Return
Policy” outlined in the previous section. Refunds or credits will
not be issued until the Cleartapwater.com, Inc. receives the
returned product.
Service and Support
All requests for service and support should be
made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and
conditions. Online technical notes, telephone numbers and help files
are provided with all products, as well as links to the technical
support departments of the manufacturers, if available.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against
Cleartapwater.com, Inc. shall be submitted to confidential
arbitration in the state of Illinois, except that, to the extent you
have in any manner violated or threatened to violate
Cleartapwater.com, Inc.'s intellectual property rights,
Cleartapwater.com, Inc. may seek injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any state or federal court in the state of Illinois, and
you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules
then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The
arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment
in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement
shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject
to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or
otherwise. The prevailing party shall recover attorney’s fees and
costs from the non-prevailing party.
Severability
Please review all of our other policies posted on
this site. These policies also govern your visit to
Cleartapwater.com, Inc. Cleartapwater.com, Inc. reserves the right,
without limitation, to make changes to this site, all policies and
to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check this
